I saw Hot Fuzz on the weekend and loved it. I love films that subvert a genre while paying homage to it. I loved the really obvious film references. I loved the British humour. I loved how so many random British actors I like always turn up. I loved the action. I loved the characters. I saw it by myself while I was down in Wellington, but want to see it again and take my Dad and brother.

Disturbia - I didn't want to see it based on the plot, but then I saw Shia LaBeouf in the trailer. He's adorable.

I'm leaving in...45 minutes to go see Hot Fuzz! :D I'm very excited. I'll have to take notes on all the film references. I love movies with lots of film references.

Yeah, Shia LaBeouf is going to be in the next Indiana Jones movie, which I was sort of meh on before, because really, I love Harrison Ford, but he's getting a bit old to be Indy. But Shia adds some young cuteness that will help balance that out, hopefully. :)
